Accommodation Policy (Proof of Relationship)
When a guest arrives accompanied by a minor, they must verify their identity and relationship, guardianship, or custody of the minor(s) they are traveling with. If the legal or family relationship with the minor cannot be verified, Hotel Mesón Yollotl will refuse service, in compliance with regulations for safer and more responsible tourism.

Letter of guardianship issued by a competent authority. Legal documents proving guardianship of the minor. In cases of adoption, legal documents proving the adoption.
